Saturday, 3:15 - 5:15: Mechanics of Lower Extremity
What are those things you stand on, anyway? Beginning with the pelvis and working downward, this workshop will explore the lower extremity and clinical significance to the yoga practice, including common knee and hip dysfunctions and improper foot and ankle alignments. We will build on themes in the spinal alignment class and continue to address the interconnectedness of the lower extremity to common back pain and dysfunction.
