Spend the the first Saturday in April getting your yoga asanas and creative juices flowing! After a revitalizing 75-minute vinyasa class, participants will be invited to paint, sketch, knit or journal on their own with guidance from yoga instructor Lacey Seidman.


Coloring and painting among adults is a growing therapeutic tool, and journaling is proven to strengthen the immune system, aid restful sleep and enhance overall mood! Start to see breath work, back bends, and restorative poses from a new perspective as we focus on connecting to the creativity locked beneath the spiritual heart center.


All levels of yogis, artists and writers are welcome, including teens, and while sketch paper, paints, and colored pencils will be provided, bringing your own projects is encouraged!
