This is for all levels and all abilities.
This will be a moving meditation of 108 modified sun salutations, and a shared Hudson River Yoga community experience. Although you will each step up to your own mat, as a community we will be doing this together.
There will be plenty of modifications offered, and you will have the opportunity to do some on your own with no instruction. You can take breaks whenever you need to, pause for your own personal meditation or introspection, or sit some out to send your breath and energy to the group, in this collective experience!
