Catherine Caminero has been a professional psychic and emotional heater for over 20 years. Her experience includes: ordained minister, integral angel therapist, a popular psychic reader for Psychic Source, ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) certified mediator, NYS credentialed Peer Advocate, Boys Town certified instructor for “Common Sense Parenting”, author/illustrator of “The Healing Patch, a Child’s Guide to Happiness”, advocate for children with special needs, and specialist in working with indigo children and co-host of the podcast “The Sisters Are IN” with her sister Donna Verteramo.  


The objective of the workshop is to teach people to self regulate anxiety using chakra balancing. Discussion about how anxiety impacts energy and explore different ways to recognize and regulate, encouraging balance of mind, body and spirit.


The workshop will include:


  • Simplifying the concept of energy through the 7 major vortexes

  • Explain each chakra individually

  • Assist in identifying energy “blocks”

  • Implement tools such as meditation, stones. and restorative yoga poses to “unblock”

  • Cathy will be teaching introducing spirit energy

  • Materials included
