Yoga is a journey. At Hudson River Yoga, we can take that journey together, and it can be your guide for life. Yoga is not an aesthetic practice of aspiration. It is a practice to reclaim and develop your physical and mental resilience.

Your body is like your fingerprint.

Everyone has one, and everyone is different. Hudson River Yoga welcomes all bodies, all ages, and all abilities. We practice traditional Yoga with a modern, evidence-based approach through creativity and playful exploration.

Yoga gives us the tools for self-exploration. We are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience; we need to get at the essence of the teachings from philosophy to science and remove physical and spiritual barriers to have agency over our quality of life.

Poses are made to be accessible to fit the body, not the other way around. Hudson River Yoga creates an inclusive environment where students can take ownership of their practice.
