All class purchases, whether per class or class package, are non-refundable.
Multi-class packages apply to all regularly scheduled classes and are not applicable for special events and workshops.
All packages have expiration dates. It is the student’s responsibility to know their package expiration date. Every student has an online account with Hudson River Yoga where you can view your visit history, your class packages, and your expiration dates, or ask your teacher at check-in.
Class packages are non-refundable, but they are transferable – hey, sometimes life interferes! If you choose to transfer your card, please let us know using the contact form so we can note it on your account. Thanks!
Life interference: Class packages will only be extended in the case of a true interfering medical emergency. A physician’s note may be required. The studio must be notified prior to the expiration date. You can transfer your package to another student or it can be placed on hold for a limited time.
Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year.
Workshop cancellations require a 48 hour email notice before the workshop takes place. Cancellation requests with less than 48 hours notice will not be honored unless we can fill your space. All refunds will incur a 30% administration fee. Absence to a workshop or event is non refundable.
Series purchased are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferrable, unless the series is cancelled by the studio.
Hudson River Yoga reserves the right to substitute, cancel, add, delete, and/or change programs, classes, instructors and/or class types, at the discretion of management, and assumes no liability for such changes.
