This is a 4 week series on the foundations of yoga asana (poses) pranayama (breath practice) and philosophy.
You explore the essential movement and breathing principles of yoga, develop a sound understanding of how to practice with an intuitive, compassionate understanding of you own bodies’ capacities. These principles will facilitate an ongoing practice.
